Equatorial Guinea visa fees vary depending on the type of visa to be applied for and the age of the applicant. In addition to the mandatory fees to be paid during the application, there are also additional services available that will significantly facilitate your process. For short-term applications such as tourist, business, or family/friend visits, the consular fee and service fees that must be paid have been determined, and these amounts include many steps of the process such as consultancy, document checking, and file preparation. As of September 1, 2025, the consular and external service provider fee is set at 120 Euros (5,783.6 TL), while the service fee for consultancy and application management is applied as 70 Euros (3,373.77 TL). This service includes the preparation of a personalized document list, unlimited consultancy via phone and e-mail, preliminary application with expert support at the office, reviewing and organizing documents to complete the file without deficiencies, scheduling the appointment, submitting the application to the consulate, and carrying out photocopying, printing, and scanning processes.
Among the additional services that will simplify your application are the accurate and complete completion of the application form by specialists, worldwide valid travel health insurance with 30,000 Euro coverage, translation services for documents that must be submitted in English, and the delivery of your passport by courier to your address in Türkiye after the application is completed. The application form completion service is 20 Euros, travel health insurance is 20 Euros for 0–14 days, 30 Euros for 30 days, 40 Euros for 3 months, 50 Euros for 6 months, and 60 Euros + VAT for 1 year. The translation of documents is charged at 20 Euros per page, while the passport courier service is offered for 10 Euros.
Fees can be paid in Turkish Lira by cash or bank transfer, while Euro/Dollar payments are accepted only in cash. The fees indicated include VAT. For those who wish to pay the Euro-denominated service fees in TL, the conversion is made according to the exchange rate of the day of payment. Once the visa application is submitted, visa and additional service fees are non-refundable, while in the case of cancellation before the application, only the consular and external service provider fee is refundable.
