Therefore, it is strongly recommended to complete your application at least 15 days before your planned trip.

For Gambia visa applications, the following documents must be prepared:
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain blank pages available for visa processing.
Two recent biometric photographs must be submitted.
Hotel and flight reservation documents must be included to support your travel plan.
For employees, a company letter written in English must be prepared. This letter must be on company letterhead, addressed to the Gambia Consulate, stamped, and wet-signed. If your application is for tourism purposes, in the absence of an invitation letter, the travel purpose must be clearly stated as touristic. This document will be forwarded to the embassy by us via e-mail.
A photocopy of your identity card must be included in your application file.
If available, an official invitation letter from Gambia must also be added to your file.
