1-) Travel Health Insurance
Obtain a travel health insurance policy with €30,000 coverage, compliant with Schengen regulations, through Euroasia at the most affordable rates. Fees vary according to the insurance period:
- 0-10 Days: 10 €
- 10-30 Days: 19 €
- 3 Months: 39 €
- 6 Months: 59 €
- 1 Year: €79 (Our most cost-effective offer!)
2-) Letter of Request Service
The most important document of your application is your visa request letter. It is prepared in English by experienced specialists, taking into account the immigration laws of the country you are applying to.
- Fee: 20 €
3-) Translation Service
Documents that must be submitted in English are translated by our certified translators.
- Fee: €10 per page
4-) Courier Service
Use our private courier service for document pickup or passport delivery.
- Standard Service: €15 (Same day, completed within 6 hours)
- Express Service: €30 (Same day, completed within 3 hours)
Note: This service is only valid within Istanbul. Shipping fees may vary for Tuzla, Gebze, Sabiha Gökçen, and Istanbul Airport areas.
5-) Cargo Service
After your application is completed, your passport is delivered by cargo to any address in Turkey you choose.
- Fee: €5
6-) On-Site Application
Your visa expert can personally come to your home or office to complete your application form, check documents, and collect them, allowing you to complete your application without leaving your location.
- Fee: €100
Note: This service is only valid within Istanbul.
⚠️ Reminders and Warnings
- Fees can be paid in TL by cash or bank transfer, or in Euro/USD only by cash.
- Fees include VAT.
- If you wish to pay the Euroasia Service Fee or any selected additional service fees in TL instead of Euro, the conversion will be based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.
- After the application is completed, visa and additional service fees are non-refundable.
- If the application is canceled before submission, only the Consulate and External Service Provider Fee will be refunded.
