Students must write their school name, address, and contact information in this section, while retirees only need to state that they are retired.
Your travel plan, previous visas, and, if any, details of past applications must also be written in the form. The travel dates you state must be consistent with your other documents (hotel reservation, flight ticket, invitation letter, travel health insurance). In addition, information regarding the invitation, accommodation, and how the expenses will be covered must also be entered in the form.
