🇨🇦 Canada Visa Without Passport
If you need your passport during your Canada visa application process, you can apply without submitting the original passport by providing a petition, the visa of the country you will travel to, and a purchased flight ticket. The Canada “visa without passport” service allows you to keep your passport with you until the final stage of the visa evaluation process.
In the case of a passport-free application, once the Canadian Consulate has made a decision regarding your visa, you will receive an e-mail notification. Afterward, you may deliver your passport to Marsel Visa. All pages of your passport containing visas must be photocopied and included in the application file. Once the evaluation is complete and the consulate has sent the confirmation e-mail, you can submit your passport to us, and we will finalize the process and return your passport with the visa affixed to the address you provided.
🎓 Canada Student Visa

Short-Term Canada Language School Visa is required for education programs shorter than 6 months. This visa type cannot be extended.

⏳ Canada Student Visa Processing Time
The processing time for a Canada student visa is generally between 11–15 days. For foreign nationals applying from Türkiye, the evaluation period may take approximately 1 month, and in exceptional cases, this period may be extended.
📑 Required Documents for a Canada Student Visa
For a Canada long-term student visa, the following documents are required:
Standard Documents:
A photocopy of the identity card, a passport with at least 1 year of validity, 2 recent biometric photos, a full certificate of population registration, a current student document, an acceptance letter, documents related to school and accommodation payments, and if available, transcripts and language certificates, an English letter of intent. A notarized consent form is required for applications from individuals under 18 years of age.
Sponsor Documents:
If the applicant's educational expenses are to be covered by a sponsor, income documents belonging to the sponsor must be submitted. For employed sponsors, an employer letter, SGK documents, and pay slips; for employer sponsors, a business activity certificate, trade registry newspaper, and tax plate; for retirees, retirement documents and bank statements; for public employees, an official duty document, leave letter, and pay slips must be included in the application. It is mandatory for the sponsor's bank account to have a minimum balance of 70,000 TL in the last 3 months. Property deeds, rental income, and vehicle registration documents can also be presented as financial supporting documents.
⚡ Canada Can Plus Visa Facilitation
Applicants who have legally traveled to Canada within the last 10 years, who have previously held a Canadian visa, or who hold a valid U.S. visa are eligible to apply under the Can Plus program. This includes applicants whose U.S. visa has expired but who have traveled to the U.S. within the past 10 years (entry and exit stamps must be visible in the passport). Can Plus is valid for citizens of Türkiye, and applications under this program are usually finalized within 5 business days.
