Turkish citizens who plan to travel to Niger for tourism purposes are required to obtain a visa before entering the country. Holders of Ordinary (Bordeaux), Special (Green), and Service (Gray) passports are subject to visa procedures, while only holders of Diplomatic (Black) passports are exempt from visa requirements for stays up to 90 days. An official hotel confirmation document, stamped and signed on hotel letterhead, must be provided. Only official confirmations are accepted; online booking printouts without official approval are not valid.
Flight Reservation
Round-trip flight reservation documents must be included in the application file.

Niger tourist visas are generally finalized within 10–15 business days. However, official holidays, consular workload, or applications made with foreign passports from Turkey may extend the processing time.
