The invitation issued by the host company in Pakistan must include the company’s contact information, purpose of travel, and travel dates, and it must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce. Pakistan business visa applications are processed by the Embassy of Pakistan and authorized consular visa centers. Personal attendance at the visa appointment is not required. Applications begin with completing the online visa application form and end with the examination of your documents for compliance with the official requirements.
Business visas allow a maximum stay of 90 days. Overstaying this period may result in legal penalties and can negatively affect future visa applications, not only to Pakistan but also to other countries. Obtaining a Pakistan visa does not guarantee entry into the country. Yellow fever vaccination proof and other required vaccination records, as well as hotel and flight reservations, passport, and invitation letter, may be requested by border authorities. These documents must be carried with you during your journey.

📝 Pakistan Business Visa Documents
Business visa applications require both personal and professional documents. These documents must demonstrate that you will return to your country after completing your visit. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible documents can lead to visa refusal.
Personal Documents
- Passport (must not be older than 10 years and valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel dates)

💳 Pakistan Business Visa Fees
Pakistan business visa fees are updated annually. For 2025, the official fees are as follows:
- Single-entry business visa: 100 USD
- Multiple-entry business visa (up to 1 year): 150 USD
- Multiple-entry business visa (over 1 year): 200 USD
Additionally, a service fee is charged for processing. Paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of refusal or withdrawal of application, the fees cannot be reclaimed.
🕒 How Long Does It Take to Get a Pakistan Business Visa?
On average, Pakistan business visas are processed within 3–5 working days. However, official holidays, additional document requests, interview calls, or technical issues may extend the processing time. To avoid delays in your travel plans, it is highly recommended to apply at least 1 month before your trip.
❌ Pakistan Business Visa Refusal
Visa refusal is a possibility and may occur due to incorrect or incomplete documents, inconsistencies in travel history, or failure to comply with regulations. A refusal results in both financial and time losses, as you will need to reapply and repay the fees.
