Government Type: The Head of State is Queen Elizabeth II, and the country is an independent member of the Commonwealth. It is politically stable and has a democratic government.

Economy: In 2011, the Gross National Product (GNP) of Saint Kitts and Nevis was 709 million USD. Over the past five years, the federation’s GNP has experienced healthy growth of 9.57%.   • Real Estate Option: Purchase real estate from a government-approved project with a minimum value of 200,000 USD.
  • Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) Option: Make a non-refundable donation starting from 150,000 USD.

Real Estate Option

Real estate can be sold after a 7-year holding period. The property may be used for personal business, a second home, vacation home, or rental income.

  • Single applicant: Minimum investment 200,000 USD + government, passport, and due diligence fees; total minimum investment 243,379 USD (additional closing costs vary).
  • Family of four or more: Minimum investment 220,000 USD + government, passport, and due diligence fees; total minimum investment 289,535 USD (additional closing costs vary).

Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) Option

Donations to the SGF benefit priority sectors such as tourism and culture, entrepreneurship, infrastructure, climate change, health, and education.

  • Single applicant: 150,000 USD + government, bank, passport, and due diligence fees; total minimum investment 158,332 USD.
  • Family of four or more: 150,000 USD + government, bank, passport, and due diligence fees; total minimum investment 164,347 USD.
