🇺🇬 Uganda Visa Fees and Additional Services
For short-term tourist, business, or family/friend visits to Uganda, applicants are required to pay visa fees and consultancy charges during the application process. Uganda visa fees may vary depending on the type of visa applied for, the duration of stay, and the applicant’s personal circumstances. Payment of the required fees in full is mandatory for your application to be processed. A-) Visa Fees
The mandatory charges for Uganda tourist, business, or visit visas are as follows:
- Consular Fee (single entry): 50 USD
- Consultancy Service Fee: 100 USD
This service fee includes:
Preparation and delivery of a personalized document checklist, unlimited consultancy via phone and email, one-on-one consultation with a visa expert, pre-application support, document review and organization, risk analysis, preparation of the application file, photocopying and scanning, completion of the Uganda e-visa application form, and submission of the visa application.
B-) Additional Services
- Application Form Completion: Filling out the Uganda e-visa application form is included in the consultancy service fee; no extra charge is required.

Travel Health Insurance: Worldwide valid travel health insurance with €30,000 coverage can be obtained through Marsel Visa at affordable rates. Insurance fees vary according to the travel duration:
- 0–14 Days: 20 €
- 30 Days: 30 €
- 3 Months: 40 €
- 6 Months: 50 €
- 1 Year: 60 €
- Courier Service: €10
📌 Reminders and Warnings
Uganda visa and additional service fees can be paid in TL by cash or bank transfer. Payments in Euro and USD are accepted in cash only. VAT is included in all fees. If you prefer to pay in TL for fees stated in Euro, the conversion will be made based on the exchange rate on the day of payment. Once the application has been submitted, visa and additional service fees are non-refundable. However, if the application is canceled before submission, only the consular and external service provider fees will be refunded.
