Visa Fees 2025
The Bulgaria Visa Fee is €300 as of 2025. The services included in this fee are as follows:
Consulate fee, application center fee, preparation and delivery of a personalized list of required documents for the applicant, unlimited consulting via phone and email, document review, organization and completion of the application file, appointment scheduling, photocopying, printing, and scanning services.
Additional Services
Optional services are available to make your application process easier. The application form filling service ensures that your Bulgaria visa application form is completed accurately and completely by our experts. The fee for this service is 10 €.
Travel health insurance with a coverage of 30,000 € can be obtained through Euroasia at the most affordable rates. Insurance fees vary by duration: 0-30 days for 20 €, 3 months for 40 €, 6 months for 60 €, and 1 year for 80 €.
The visa request letter is one of the most important documents of your application. Experienced experts prepare it in English, considering the immigration laws of the country applied to. The fee for this service is 20 €.
Translation services are provided for documents that need to be submitted in English or Bulgarian, performed by certified translators. The fee is 10 € per page.
Courier service allows your documents to be picked up or your passport to be delivered. The fee is 20 € for Istanbul Zone 1 and 40 € for Istanbul Zone 2. This service is valid only within Istanbul; rates for Tuzla, Gebze, Sabiha Gökçen, and Istanbul Airport may vary.
The shipping service delivers your passport to your preferred address in Turkey after your application is completed. The fee is 10 €.
Reminders and Warnings
Fees can be paid in cash or via bank transfer in Turkish Lira, or in cash in Euro/USD. All fees include VAT. If you choose to pay Euroasia Service Fees or additional services in TL, the conversion will be made according to the exchange rate on the day of payment. Visa and additional service fees are non-refundable once the application is processed. If the application is canceled before submission, only the Consular and External Service Provider Fees are refundable.
