For your travels to Canada, it is mandatory to apply for a visa. 📌 Canada Visa Application Process
The fingerprint procedure in Canada visa applications became mandatory as of July 31, 2018. However, Canadian Consulates do not have regional restrictions in Türkiye. Therefore, regardless of the province you reside in, you can complete your application without personally visiting the consulate by sending your documents via cargo or courier to Marsel Visa.
Canada visa applications are usually concluded within 15–35 days. For foreign nationals applying from Türkiye, this period may take longer. It is recommended to apply at least 1 month before your planned travel date.
📝 Canada Visa Application Forms
In Canada visa applications, there are two forms to be filled out: the Visa Application Form and the Family Information Form. Since family registration details are required in the family information form, it is important to present a full population registration certificate.
If you need your passport for another process, you can apply without submitting the original passport by writing a petition. In this case, the visa of the country you are traveling to and the purchased flight ticket must be submitted. Copies of the passport’s identification page and all pages with visas must also be included in the file.

❌ Canada Visa Refusal
Your Canada visa application may be refused for certain reasons. In such cases, the Canadian Consulate will send an official refusal letter in English, explaining the reasons for refusal, to the contact address you provided. Once you identify the missing or incorrect points, you can reapply. Please note that consulates do not refund visa fees for refused applications. The authority to approve or reject visa applications belongs solely to the Canadian Consulate. Intermediary institutions do not have any authority in this matter.
