Under the visa exemption agreement signed between Türkiye and Malaysia, Turkish citizens are exempt from visa requirements for family/relative/friend visits of up to 30 days. Regardless of passport type, all Turkish citizens may enter Malaysia and stay for up to 30 days.
However, entry into the country is subject to the approval of Malaysian border security authorities. For this reason, it is strongly recommended that you carry an invitation letter from your family member or friend residing in Malaysia throughout your trip. This document may be requested during border security checks and will support the purpose of your visit.
