🇵🇱 Poland Visitor Visa

Dear visitor, welcome to our Poland Visitor Visa page.

The Poland Visitor Visa, also referred to as the Poland Family Visit Visa or Poland Friend Visit Visa, is processed as a Schengen visa. Poland applies the Schengen visa regulations and evaluates short-term visa applications according to the same standards. Therefore, applicants planning to visit Poland must comply with Schengen rules and standards.

On this page, prepared by Marsel Visa experts, you can find detailed information about the required documents for a Poland visitor visa, visa fees, and general visa requirements.

The documents requested and requirements during the Poland visa application process may vary depending on your personal circumstances and professional situation. Obtaining a personalized document list from our consultants will allow you to start your application accurately and completely.

Marsel Visa provides convenience for visitor visa applications with the “Visa at Your Doorstep” service, allowing you to complete the process without disrupting your daily routine. If you have a VIS record, all procedures can be followed remotely. You can reach our consultants through customer service numbers or live support. Click here for office contact numbers.

If you have not previously provided fingerprints to the Consulate under the Schengen visa system, you will need to attend your Poland visa appointment in person.

For visitor visa applications, the country where you will stay the longest must be Poland. Otherwise, your visa application may be rejected. If you plan to stay in multiple countries, you must apply through the country where you will spend the longest duration.

📌 Poland Visa Procedures

The only authorized institutions for Poland visa applications are the Poland Embassy and affiliated Consulate centers. Before starting your application, you should determine your category according to your travel purpose and clarify your travel duration.

One of the essential documents for the Poland visitor visa is an invitation letter obtained from official authorities by the person inviting you. You can contact our consultants for a sample Poland invitation letter.

The visa documents must reflect your personal, professional, and financial situation. All documents must be complete and correspond with the declarations made in your application form. Each document included in your application file must be issued within three months prior to your travel date; in some cases, this period may be shorter. You can get the latest updates from your consultant.

The Poland Embassy and Consulates accept applications based on regional jurisdiction. Your application will be processed through the consulate corresponding to your place of residence.

Holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports are not required to obtain a visa for stays up to 3 months within a 6-month period. Passport holders with regular passports may travel to Poland with a valid Schengen visa.

Even if all general documents are complete, the Consulate may request additional or alternative documents or call you for an interview. With Marsel Visa cooperation, our operations team will assist you throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

📝 Poland Visitor Visa Documents

Poland visitor visa documents include personal, professional, and financial information and confirm your return to Turkey. They show your connection to Turkey, your financial capability to cover the trip, and your good intentions. Documents must be carefully prepared and included in the file; even a small overlooked detail can result in rejection.

Required documents:

  • Poland visa application form: It can be filled out in English, Polish, or Turkish. You can consult your advisor for a sample form.
  • Passport: Must have at least two blank pages and remain valid for 3 months after your travel. Old passports with visa pages should be included.

  • ID card copy and full population registration: Your address and family members must be clearly visible.
  • Travel health insurance: Minimum 30,000 Euros coverage, valid for the entire stay.
  • Flight and hotel reservations: Dates must be clear; if traveling to other countries, include those tickets and accommodations.
  • Bank statements: Must cover all travel expenses, approved, signed, and stamped by the bank.

💳 Poland Visitor Visa Fee

The Poland visa fee is periodically announced by the Embassy. For 2025, a short-term, single-entry visitor visa is approximately 90 Euros. This fee covers only the consular charge; insurance, translation, and reservations are not included.

The visa fee is non-refundable if you withdraw your application or in case of rejection. Complete and accurate documentation is essential.

🕒 How Many Days Does a Poland Visitor Visa Take to Be Issued?

If your file is complete and correctly submitted, Poland visitor visa applications are generally processed within 15 business days. However, document preparation, VIS registration, appointment scheduling, additional document requests, or reapplications may extend the timeline. Account for official holidays and possible system delays. It is recommended to submit your application at least 1 month before travel.

❌ Poland Visitor Visa Rejection

Even with complete documentation, your application may be denied due to incorrect declarations, missing documents, financial insufficiency, or an unconvincing travel plan. Previous Schengen violations or negative travel history may also result in rejection.

In case of rejection, you can share your documents with our consultants to resolve issues and reapply quickly. Applying with professional assistance minimizes the risk of negative outcomes.

Marsel Visa experts can guide you in determining the required document list, obtaining a family visit letter, and calculating visa costs. With our consultancy, Poland visitor visa applications can be completed with minimal risk, stress-free, and efficiently.
