Poland visa fees vary according to the applicant’s age. Below, you can find the fees for short-term visa applications for tourism, business, visit, or cultural purposes that do not exceed 90 days. A) Visa Fees
1) Consulate and External Service Provider Fee
- 0–6 Years: 45 €
- 6–12 Years: 90 €
- 12+ Years: 130 €
2) Euroasia Service Fee
- 90 € / 4382.51 TL (as of 25/09/2025)
Services included in the fee:
- Preparing and delivering a personalized required document list.
- Unlimited consultancy via phone and email.
- One-on-one meeting with a visa expert at the office and pre-application support.
- Risk analysis, document review, organization, and completing the application file.
- Scheduling the appointment.
- Handling and submitting the application.
- Photocopy, print, and scanning services.
B) Additional Services
1) Application Form Completion

Fee: 10 €
2) Travel Health Insurance
Obtain Schengen-compliant travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 € through Euroasia at the best rates. Fees vary according to the insurance duration:
- 0–30 Gün: 30 €
- 3 Ay: 40 €
- 6 Ay: 50 €
- 1 Yıl: 60 € + KDV
3) Letter of Request Writing Service
The most important document of your application, the visa request letter, is written in English by our experienced experts, taking into account the immigration laws of the country you are applying to. Click for detailed information.
Fee: 20 €
4) Translation Service
Documents that need to be submitted in English or Polish are translated by our certified translators.
Fee: Sayfa başına 10 €
5) Courier Service
After your application is completed, your passport will be delivered to your desired address in Turkey via courier.
Fee: 10 €
Reminders and Warnings
- Payments in TL can be made via cash or bank transfer; Euro/Dollar payments are accepted only in cash.
- Fees include VAT.
- If you wish to pay the Euroasia Service Fee or any selected additional services in TL, the conversion will be made according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.
- Visa and additional service fees are non-refundable after the application is submitted.
- If the application is canceled before submission, only the Consulate and External Service Provider Fee will be refunded.
