Vietnam visa fees vary depending on the type of visa applied for and the age of the applicant. In addition, there are various optional services available to make your application process easier. 💰 A-) Vietnam Visa Fees 2025
1-) Consular Fee (with C1 Document)
- Single entry: 330 USD / 13,617.88 TL (09/09/2025)
2-) Service Fee
The total fee of 330 USD already includes consultancy and application service charges.
Services included in the fee:
- Preparation and delivery of a personalized list of required documents
- Unlimited consultancy via phone and email
- One-on-one consultation with a visa expert and pre-application support
- Risk analysis, document review, arrangement, and preparation of the application file
- Appointment scheduling
- Completion of consular appointment procedures (no need to attend in person)
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning services

1-) Application Form Filling
Your Vietnam visa application form will be filled out correctly and completely by experts.
Fee: 20 €
2-) Travel Health Insurance
Health insurance valid worldwide, with coverage of €30,000, is provided at the most competitive prices.
- 0–14 Days: 20 €
- 30 Days: 30 €
- 3 Months: 40 €
- 6 Months: 50 €
- 1 Year: 60 €
3-) Translation Service
Your documents that need to be submitted in English will be translated by certified translators.
Fee: 20 € per page
4-) Courier Service
Your passport will be sent to your address in Turkey by cargo after your visa processing is completed.
Fee: 10 €
⚠️ Reminders and Warnings
- Fees can be paid in TL by cash or bank transfer; in Euro/USD only in cash.
- All fees include VAT.
- If you prefer to pay in TL for fees indicated in Euro, the conversion will be based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.
- Once the application is submitted, visa and additional service fees are non-refundable.
- If the application is canceled before submission, only the consular and external service provider fees are refundable.
