- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of travel, and if available, previous passports should also be submitted.
- Biometric Photographs: Two photos taken within the last 6 months, with the face clearly visible.
- Copy of Identity Card: Double-sided copy of your national ID card.
- Invitation Letter: Issued by the inviting company in New Zealand, stating the travel dates, purpose, personal details of the applicant, and the company’s address and contact information.

- Company Leave Petition (on company letterhead, including applicant’s full name, position, travel dates, purpose, and who will cover the expenses; stamped and signed, preferably in English).
- Activity certificate (issued within the last 3 months, wet signed or e-signed).
- Trade Registry Gazette (copy).
- Tax certificate (photocopy).
- Signature circular (photocopy).
- SGK employment entry declaration.
- Last 3 months' pay slips (wet signed and stamped).
- SGK 4A service statement (obtained with a barcode via E-Government).

Company Bank Account Statement: A statement of the company’s account for the last 3 months, showing transactions, together with the bank’s signature circular.
Note: The New Zealand Consulate calculates the minimum required balance by multiplying the length of stay by a pre-determined daily NZD amount. If hotel and flight payments have not yet been made, this increases the amount that must be shown in the account. - Criminal Record: A document prepared in English and with a barcode, using the "Foreign Country (Translated)" option through the E-Government portal.
- Hotel and Flight Reservation: Purchased or reserved documents. If there is no reservation yet, Marsel Visa can arrange a temporary reservation.
- Military Status Document (For Male Applicants): It must be obtained with a barcode through the E-Government system.
