Belgium visa fees vary depending on the type of visa you are applying for and the age of the applicant. In addition, there are optional extra services available that can facilitate and speed up your application process. 1-) Consular and External Service Provider Fee

- Ages 12 and above: €115 / 5,452.30 TL (11/08/2025)
2-) Marsel Visa Service Fee

Included in the Service Fee:

1-) Application Form Completion
Your Belgium visa application form will be completed accurately and without errors by our experts.

2-) Travel Health Insurance
Schengen-compliant travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000, arranged at competitive prices. Fees vary according to the insurance duration:
- 0-14 Days: €20
- 30 Days: €30
- 3 Months: €40
- 6 Months: €50
- 1 Year: €60
3-) Petition Letter Writing Service
Your visa petition letter will be prepared by our experienced experts in English, taking into account the immigration laws of the destination country.
Fee: €20
4-) Translation Service
Documents required to be submitted in English, German, Dutch, or French will be translated by our certified translators.
Fee: €20 per page
5-) Courier Service
After your application is completed, your passport will be sent to your desired address in Turkey by courier.
Fee: €10
⚠️ Reminders and Warnings
- Fees can be paid in TL by cash or bank transfer; in Euro/Dollar, only cash is accepted.
- All fees include VAT.
- If you wish to pay the Euro-denominated service fee and selected additional services in TL, the amount will be converted according to the exchange rate on the payment day.
- After the application is submitted, visa and additional service fees are non-refundable.
- If the application is canceled before submission, only the Consular and External Service Provider Fee will be refunded.
