🇩🇰 Denmark Visa Fee and Additional Services

In Denmark visa applications, the fees to be paid vary depending on the type of visa applied for and the age group of the applicant. In addition, there are extra services available that greatly facilitate the application process and ensure that it proceeds faster and more smoothly. Applicants may benefit from these optional services in addition to the mandatory consular fees and service charges.

For short-term Schengen visa applications made through Marsel Visa, the mandatory fees apply to tourist, business, or family/friend visit purposes. Both consular fees and intermediary service provider charges are collected during the evaluation of the applications.

📝 Denmark Visa Fees

Denmark visa fees are determined according to age groups. Lower fees apply for children under the age of six, while a different tariff is applied for applicants between 6–12 years, and the adult tariff applies for those aged 12 and above. As of 2025, the fee is 70 Euros for ages 0–6, 90 Euros for ages 6–12, and 120 Euros for ages 12 and above.

In addition to these mandatory fees, an intermediary service fee is also payable. For applications made through Marsel Visa, a fixed service fee is charged, which includes consultancy services, document preparation, appointment procedures, risk analysis, and file arrangement. For the year 2025, this service fee has been set at 90 Euros.

The services included in the visa fee cover the preparation of a personalized list of required documents, unlimited consultancy via telephone and email, one-on-one consultation with a visa expert at the office, examination and organization of documents, completion of the application file, appointment booking, guidance and application support, as well as photocopying, printing, scanning services, and the mandatory cargo fee for the application center.

📌 Additional Services for Denmark Visa

In addition to the mandatory fees, applicants may benefit from additional services to make their applications easier. The Denmark visa application form is completed accurately and correctly by specialists, thereby preventing potential mistakes on the form. Moreover, travel health insurance in compliance with Schengen regulations, with coverage of 30,000 Euros, can be obtained through Marsel Visa at affordable rates. Insurance fees vary according to the duration: 14 days for 20 Euros, 30 days for 30 Euros, three months for 40 Euros, six months for 50 Euros, and one year for 60 Euros.

Writing of the visa petition is also an important additional service. Experienced specialists prepare the petition in English and in accordance with the immigration laws of the destination country. Furthermore, if documents are required to be submitted in English, German, French, or Dutch, certified translation services are provided. The translation fee is 20 Euros per page.

After the application is completed, it is also possible to have the passport delivered securely by courier to any desired address in Turkey. The cost of this service is 10 Euros.

🕒 Reminders and Warnings

Denmark visa fees can be paid in Turkish Lira via cash or bank transfer. Payments in Euro or US Dollars are accepted only in cash. VAT is included in the fees, and if applicants prefer to pay the Marsel Visa service fee or the optional additional service fees in Turkish Lira, the amount is converted based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.

After the application has been made, the paid visa fees and additional service charges are non-refundable. Only in the case of cancellation before the application is submitted can the consular and external service provider fees be refunded. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that all details are carefully reviewed before starting the application process.
