🇨🇭 Switzerland Visa Fees and Additional Services
Switzerland visa fees vary depending on the type of visa applied for and the age of the applicant. In addition, there are optional services available to facilitate and accelerate your application process. Below, you can find the compulsory fees for short-term (under 90 days) Switzerland Schengen visa applications for tourism, business, or family/friend visits in 2025, as well as optional additional service fees.
📝 A) Switzerland Visa Fees
1) Consular and External Service Provider Fee
- Applicants aged 12 and above: 90 €
- Children aged 6–12: 45 €
- Children under 6: Free of charge
2) Service Fee
- 100 € / 4,763.14 TL (based on exchange rate of 20/08/2025)
Included in the Service Fee:
- Preparation and delivery of a personalized document checklist
- Unlimited consultancy via phone and e-mail
- Risk analysis, document review, and file completion
- Pre-application support and appointment scheduling
- Assistance and guidance at the application center
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning services
📌 B) Additional Services
1) Application Form Completion
Your visa application form will be accurately and fully completed by our specialists.
Fee: 20 €
2) Travel Health Insurance
Schengen-compliant travel health insurance with €30,000 coverage:
- 0 – 30 days: 30 €
- 3 months: 40 €
- 6 months: 50 €
- 1 year: 60 € + VAT
3) Petition Letter Preparation
The most important document of your application, the visa petition letter, will be prepared by our experts in English, considering the immigration laws of the destination country.
Fee: 30 €
4) Translation Service
Documents required in English or Swiss languages will be translated by certified translators.
Fee: 10 € per page
5) Courier Service
After your application is completed, your passport will be sent to any address in Turkey via courier.
Fee: 10 €
⚠️ Reminders and Warnings
- Fees can be paid in TL by cash or bank transfer, or in Euro/Dollar by cash only.
- All fees include VAT.
- If you prefer to pay the fees listed in Euro in TL, conversion will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the payment day.
- Once the application is submitted, visa fees and optional service charges are non-refundable.
- If the application is canceled before submission, only the Consular and External Service Provider Fee will be refunded.
