For employees: the last 3 months’ payroll slips (stamped and signed), SGK employment entry declaration, SGK service statement, and current company documents (certificate of activity, tax registration, signature circulars, trade registry gazette). An official visa request letter written in English on company letterhead, stamped and signed, must also be included.
For employers: updated company documents (tax certificate, trade registry gazette, activity certificate, signature circulars), SGK 4B service statement, and an English visa request letter on company letterhead addressed to the consulate.
For retirees: a retirement certificate (downloadable from e-devlet) and an official stamped and signed bank statement showing the last 3 months of pension deposits.
For students: a recent original student certificate must be included.
For foreign nationals: a valid Turkish residence permit must be attached to the application.
