🇱🇺 Luxembourg Business Visa

Individuals planning to travel to Luxembourg for business purposes are required to obtain a Luxembourg Business Visa in order to conduct commercial activities. This visa type allows short-term entry into the country for attending meetings, trade fairs, business negotiations, and other commercial events. Marsel Visa provides professional support at every stage of your application process, ensuring that your procedures are completed quickly, accurately, and without error.

📝 What Is a Business Visa?

The Luxembourg Business Visa is a short-term visa issued under the Schengen Area regulations for business trips to Luxembourg. With this visa, you can enter the country to hold business meetings, attend conferences, or sign commercial agreements. Since Luxembourg is a Schengen member state, this visa also allows you to travel freely within other Schengen countries for up to 90 days. However, if your stay will exceed 90 days, you must apply for a long-term visa.

Citizens of the Republic of Turkey holding special (green), service (gray), or diplomatic (black) passports are exempt from visa requirements for stays not exceeding 90 days within a 180-day period. Holders of ordinary (maroon) passports, on the other hand, are required to apply for a visa before traveling for business purposes.

📌 Luxembourg Business Visa Application Process

Applications for the Luxembourg Business Visa cannot be made directly at the Consulate or Embassy. They must be submitted through intermediary agencies or authorized application centers accredited by the Consulate. These institutions are responsible for collecting your documents completely and submitting them to the Consulate.

Before applying, it is crucial to clearly define the purpose and duration of your trip. For example, a visa application that combines both touristic and business purposes may be rejected by the Consulate. Therefore, you should plan your trip carefully and determine the correct visa category before applying.

The Marsel Visa expert team assists you throughout the process—from document preparation and verification to scheduling your appointment and attending the Consulate interview. Once your application documents are complete and submitted, your file will be forwarded to the Consulate. When your application is finalized, your passport can be delivered to your address upon request.

All decisions regarding visa approval or rejection are made solely by the Luxembourg Consulate General and Embassy.

🕒 Visa Processing Time

Luxembourg business visa applications are typically processed within 10 to 15 working days. However, this period may be extended if additional documents are requested by the Consulate or if your application coincides with official holidays. To avoid delays, it is recommended that you apply at least one month before your planned travel date.

📝 Required Documents for a Luxembourg Business Visa

The documents required for a Luxembourg business visa may vary depending on the applicant’s employment status. It is extremely important that all documents are current, accurate, and complete. Marsel Visa consultants prepare a personalized document checklist based on your individual situation.

👤 Personal Documents

Every applicant must submit the following essential documents when applying for a Luxembourg business visa:

💼 Documents for Employees

📌 Important Notes

When applying for a Luxembourg business visa, it is crucial to prepare your documents according to the purpose and duration of your trip. Submitting incomplete or incorrect documents may result in your application being rejected. The Consulate reserves the right to request additional documents or invite applicants for an interview when deemed necessary.

A travel health insurance policy, hotel booking, and flight reservations must also be included in your application file. Marsel Visa consultants can assist you by arranging these reservations and insurance on your behalf upon request.

Submitting a complete and timely application significantly increases your chances of approval. Marsel Visa provides professional guidance throughout the entire process, helping you complete your visa procedures safely and efficiently.
