Luxembourg visa fees vary depending on the type of visa applied for and the applicant’s age. Additionally, optional services are available to make your application process significantly easier. In the first section below, you can find the mandatory fees for short-term (under 90 days) tourist, business, or visit Schengen visa applications made through Marsel Visa, and in the second section, you can see the optional additional services.
A) Visa Fees
1) Consulate and External Service Provider Fee

2) Marsel Visa Service Fee
90 € / 4391,68 TL (29/10/2025)

- Preparation and delivery of a personalized required documents list.
- Unlimited consultation via phone and email.
- One-on-one meeting with a visa expert and pre-application support at the office.
- Risk analysis, document review and editing, and completion of the application file.
- Appointment scheduling and application follow-up.
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning services.
B) Additional Services
1) Application Form Completion
Your Luxembourg visa application form will be completed accurately and thoroughly by our experts.
Fee: 10 €
2) Travel Health Insurance
Obtain Schengen-compliant travel health insurance with €30,000 coverage through Marsel Visa at the best prices. Fees vary depending on the insurance duration:
- 0–14 Days: 20 €
- 14–30 Days: 30 €
- 3 Months: 40 €
- 6 Months: 50 €
- 1 Year: €60 (Most advantageous offer!)
3) Visa Letter Writing Service
The most important document of your application, your visa request letter, is written in English by our experienced experts in accordance with the immigration laws of the country you are applying to.
Fee: 20 €
4) Translation Service
Documents that need to be submitted in English or French will be translated by our certified translators.
Fee: €10 per page
5) Courier Service
After completing your application, your passport will be delivered to your desired address in Turkey via courier.
Fee: 10 €
Reminders and Warnings
- Payments in TL can be made by cash or bank transfer, while payments in Euro/USD are accepted in cash only.
- Fees include VAT.
- If you choose to pay the Marsel Visa Service Fee or any selected additional services in TL, the exchange rate on the day of payment will be applied.
- Visa and additional service fees are non-refundable after the application has been submitted.
- If a cancellation request is made before the application, only the Consulate and External Service Provider Fee will be refunded.
