At the bottom of the form, the application date, place, and the applicant’s signature must be included. For applicants under 18 years old, this section must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
The “Consulate Information” section at the end of the form must also be read carefully, understood, and signed with the date and location specified.

The Rwanda visa application form has been updated for the year 2025. The form must be filled out completely and consistently with the other documents in your file. The phone number and email address you provide must be reachable. For business or family/friend visit visa applications, the contact details of the inviting person must also be active.
