🇷🇼 Rwanda Visa Fees and Additional Services
Rwanda visa fees vary depending on the type of visa being applied for and the age of the applicant. In addition, there are various optional services available to simplify and expedite your application process. The information below outlines the mandatory fees for short-term tourist, business, or visit visas through Marsel Visa, as well as optional additional services.
A-) Visa Fees
1-) Consular Fee
- 1-month single entry: 50 USD / 2097.27 TL (29/10/2025)
- 3-month multiple entry: 70 USD / 2936.17 TL (29/10/2025)
- Conference or visit visa, 1-month single entry: 50 USD / 2097.27 TL (29/10/2025)
2-) Marsel Visa Service Fee
- 90 USD / 1258,36 TL (29/10/2025)
Services included in the fee:

B-) Additional Services
1-) Application Form Completion
Marsel Visa experts will accurately and completely fill out your Rwanda visa application form.
- Fee: 10 €
2-) Travel Health Insurance
Travel health insurance valid worldwide with a 30,000 € coverage can be obtained through Marsel Visa at the best rates. Fees vary according to the duration of the insurance:
- 0-10 days: 10 €
- 10-30 days: 19 €
- 3 months: 39 €
- 6 months: 59 €
- 1 year: 79 € (Most cost-effective option!)
3-) Letter of Request Writing Service
Your visa request letter, the most important document in your application, will be written in English by our experienced experts in accordance with the immigration laws of the country you are applying to.
- Fee: 20 €
4-) Translation Service
Documents required to be submitted in English are translated by our certified translators.
- Fee: 10 € per page
5-) Courier Service
After your application is completed, your passport will be delivered via courier to your desired address in Turkey.
- Fee: 10 €
6-) On-Site Application
Your visa expert can visit your home or office to complete your application form, check your documents, and collect your files, allowing you to submit your visa application without leaving your location.
- Fee: 100 € (This service is only available within Istanbul.)
🔔 Notes and Warnings
- Fees in TL can be paid by cash or bank transfer, while fees in Euro/USD can be paid only in cash.
- All fees include VAT.
- If you wish to pay the Marsel Visa service fee or selected additional services in TL instead of Euro, the conversion will be made based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.
- After the visa application is submitted, visa and additional service fees are non-refundable.
- If the application is canceled before submission, only the Consular and External Service Provider Fees will be refunded.
