📝 Germany Visa Application Form

For Turkish citizens planning to apply for a visa to Germany, one of the most crucial documents is the Germany Visa Application Form. This form includes detailed information about your travel purpose, itinerary, personal background, and employment status. At Marsel Visa, we guide you through the entire process to ensure the form is completed accurately and in full compliance with consular requirements.

📌 Where to Obtain the Application Form?

The Germany visa application form is issued in the official format required by the German consulate and is typically available as a PDF file. Marsel Visa consultants will provide the form digitally or you may obtain a printed copy at our office. The form can be filled out in English, German, or Turkish. Note that it must be typed digitally; handwritten forms are generally not accepted and may lead to rejection.

✍️ How to Fill Out the Form?

The application form consists of 37 sections. Each section must be filled in carefully and aligned with the rest of your supporting documents. A biometric photo must be attached in the upper right corner of the form. All declared information must match your submitted documents exactly.

📋 Explanation of Application Form Sections

Sections 1–11: Cover your personal and identification information, which must match your passport exactly.

Sections 12–16: Include passport details such as passport number, issue and expiry dates. Be especially careful when entering your passport number, as errors may lead to a rejected application.

Sections 17–18: Require your full contact details, including mailing address, mobile phone number, and email.

Sections 19–20: Ask about your professional status. Students should write their school name and contact information. Employees must provide employer details. Retirees should simply state their retired status.

Sections 21–30: Focus on your travel itinerary and any previous Schengen visas. If you’ve provided biometric data before, such as fingerprints, you’ll be asked to specify. Your travel dates must match your hotel reservations, travel insurance, flight bookings, and invitation letters.

Sections 31–33: Deal with details of accommodation, sponsors, and who will cover the expenses during your stay. If applying for a tourist visa, hotel information is usually sufficient.

Sections 34–35: Should be filled out if you have relatives who are citizens of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland. Leaving this section blank despite having such relatives might be perceived as an attempt to hide information.

Sections 36–37: Include your date and place of application, along with your signature. Minors must have the form signed by a parent or guardian.

The final section includes a declaration from the consulate. This must be read thoroughly and signed along with the place and date.

🧾 Power of Attorney (If Someone Applies on Your Behalf)

If someone else is handling your application, they must be officially authorized with a power of attorney. This document must include the full names and contact details of both the applicant and the authorized person.

❗️ Important Tips While Completing the Form

All information in the form is legally binding. Any inaccuracies or inconsistencies—such as typos, mismatched dates, or incorrect contact information—can result in rejection. Your email and phone number must be active and accessible, as the consulate may request additional information.

🔄 Is There an Online Application Form?

There is currently no online form submission system for Germany visa applications. The form must be filled digitally, printed, and signed with wet ink before submission.
