🇦🇺 Required Documents for Australia Business Visa

Individuals traveling to Australia for short-term business purposes (general business meetings, contract negotiations, meetings, conferences, seminars, and congresses) must apply for an Australia Business/Business Visit Visa. Business visa applications can be made online by creating an “ImmiAccount.” The Australian Embassy prioritizes online applications.

With an Australia Business Visa, travelers are not allowed to work for a company or organization in Australia, provide services, or sell products to people. If you are considering working in Australia for a short period, you must apply for a Temporary Work Visa (Visa Code 400).

In the continuation of our article, you can find the required documents list for Australia Business Visa applications and detailed information about the application procedure. If you think you may face difficulties while applying online, you can contact Euroasia Global Visa Services for consultancy. Our representative will assist you with completing the application form, preparing your documents, making an appointment, and during the fingerprint submission process. For detailed information about your documents, you can send an email to help@eagvs.com or call us at (0212) 700 28 41.

📌 Australia Business Visa Application Process

The first step of the application is completing the online form. For this form, which is filled out in English on the official website of the Australian Embassy, an ImmiAccount must be created. Once the form is completed, the photo and documents are uploaded to the system.

Documents must be submitted in a file to the Australian Embassy after the online application. Turkish documents must be translated into English by a sworn translator.

🕒 Fingerprint and Biometric Procedures

In business visa applications, biometric data (fingerprints and a digital facial photo) is mandatory. An appointment is made for this process, and the applicant must personally go to the application center.

📌 Visa Processing Time and Entry to the Country

Australia business visa applications are generally finalized within 7–14 business days. However, this period may be extended during busy periods, so it is recommended to apply at least 1 month before travel.

Visa approval does not guarantee entry into the country. The final decision is made by the immigration officers at the Australian Customs Border.
