Among the documents required for an Australia Transit Visa application is Form 876. This form must be completed in English, accurately, and in full, with all declared information supported by official documents. A recent color photograph must be included for every person in the application. Copies of the passport identity page, as well as pages showing previously issued visas and entry–exit stamps, should be added.
