📝 Required Documents for Greece Captain Visa

  • Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed application form.
  • Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months after travel, and any previous passports should be submitted if available.
  • ID Copy and 2 Biometric Photos: Recent, 35x45 mm in size, and not used for any other visa.
  • Certificate of Residence (Nüfus Kayıt Örneği): Generated by selecting “Nüfus Aile” and confirming “Eski Eş” and “Vukuatlı” options, then printed.
  • Residence Permit
  • Cover Letter (Letter of Intent)
  • Work and Permission Letter
  • Company Documents: Original activity certificate obtained within the last month, tax certificate, trade registry gazette, and signature circular copies.
  • SGK Registration and Service Statement with Barcode
  • Employment Entry Declaration: Must be obtained with QR code.
  • Seafarer Certificate (Seamanbook)
  • Ship Port Arrival Letter: Obtained from the port authority where the ship will dock.
  • Company Confirmation Documents for the Ship: Original confirmation letter from the company regarding the ship you will join.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate: From a recognized public or private health institution, proving no infectious diseases posing a public health risk.
  • Pay Slips: Last 3 months, stamped and signed.
  • Personal Bank Statement: Last 3 months, showing sufficient balance, stamped and signed. Must be submitted with a copy of the bank officer’s signature circular.
  • Flight Reservations or Purchase Documents
  • International Travel Health Insurance: Coverage of €30,000, starting one day before departure and ending one day after return.
  • Additional Income and Financial Documents: Lease agreement, title deed, business license, etc. (if available).
  • Vaccination Card Copy
