📝 How Should the Visa Application Form Be Filled Out?
With Marsel Visa consultancy, applicants do not need to fill out the visa application form alone. Forms can be completed online or via computer through the visa center systems using the information obtained from your file. Your only responsibility is to check the accuracy of the information and sign the completed form.
The jurisdiction of the Istanbul, Trabzon, and Bursa application centers includes the following cities: Artvin, Bartın, Bayburt, Bolu, Bursa, Çanakkale, Düzce, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Istanbul, Karabük, Kastamonu, Kocaeli, Ordu, Rize, Sakarya, Samsun, Sinop, Trabzon, Yalova, and Zonguldak. Applications from these cities are completed online, printed, and signed. For other cities, forms can be printed and filled out manually or on a computer.

The sections and contents of the form are generally as follows:
- Sections 1-9: Personal information, marital status, and nationality. Ensure surname and first name are not confused.
- Section 10: Information for minors, including parent or legal guardian details.
- Sections 11-16: Turkish ID number (if any) and passport details. Passport holders with burgundy passports should select the standard passport section.
- Sections 17-18: Details of any family members who are EU, EEA, or Swiss citizens, including relationship information.
- Sections 19-20: Phone number, email, and residence address information.
- Sections 21-22/A-22/B: Professional status and information about the company or institution where you work or own.
- Sections 23-26: Travel purpose, countries to visit, and additional information related to your stay.
- Sections 27-27/A-27/B: Type of visa requested, number of entries, and travel start/end dates.
- Section 28: Schengen visa fingerprint details, date, and visa sticker number (if any).
- Section 29: If traveling to a country outside the Schengen area via Greece, details of entry documents and validity dates for that country.
- Sections 30-31: Information about inviting organization, institution, person, or accommodation in the destination country.
- Section 32: Information about who will cover the expenses—applicant or sponsor.
- Section 33: Place and date of the application.
In the online form, you must acknowledge that the visa application fee will not be refunded in case of rejection and confirm that you have read and accepted the visa application center’s agreement before submitting the form.
The form will be stored in the visa center system for at least 3 months if the application is not submitted; after this period, it will be automatically deleted. For Istanbul, Bursa, and Trabzon centers, the appointment system becomes active only after the form is completed.
For applicants from other cities, although the order of the form sections may differ, the questions and answers remain in the same format. Forms can be completed in Turkish, English, or Greek.
