🇬🇧 UK Tier 4 Student Visa
The UK Tier 4 Student Visa is a long-term study visa granted to students wishing to pursue language courses, undergraduate, or postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom. This visa allows legal residence in the UK during the study period and, under certain conditions, the right to work. Applications must be prepared in accordance with UK Immigration Laws, with clear documentation of financial capability and an outlined education plan.
📌 Application Prerequisites
Applicants for the Tier 4 Student Visa must demonstrate sufficient financial means to cover tuition and living expenses. The required funds must be deposited into the applicant’s or their sponsor’s (parent’s) non-term account no later than 28 days before the visa application date and must remain in the account for the full 28-day period.
The required amount is calculated as follows:
- The school’s annual tuition fee (in GBP)
- £1,265 per month if residing in London, or £1,015 per month if living outside London (calculated for a maximum of 9 months)
Students coming for language training are permitted to work 10 hours per week, while undergraduate and postgraduate students can work 20 hours per week. Students attending private language schools do not have the right to work; this benefit is only granted if enrolled in a program at a public university.
