In 2025, the Spanish Consulates and related consultancy services will remain closed on the official holiday dates listed below. On these dates, no visa applications or consular services will be processed. When planning your travel and visa applications, we strongly recommend that you take these dates into consideration to avoid any delays.

- 6 January 2025 – Epiphany
- 30 March – 1 April 2025 – Ramadan Feast
- 17 – 20 April 2025 – Easter
- 23 April 2025 – National Sovereignty and Children’s Day
- 1 May 2025 – Labour Day
- 19 May 2025 – Youth and Sports Day
- 6 – 9 June 2025 – Feast of Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha)
- 15 July 2025 – Democracy and National Unity Day
- 15 August 2025 – Assumption of Mary
- 30 August 2025 – Victory Day
- 12 October 2025 – Hispanic Day (National Day of Spain)
- 29 October 2025 – Republic Day
- 8 December 2025 – Immaculate Conception
- 25 December 2025 – Christmas Day
On these official holidays, all Spain Consulates will remain closed, and visa applications will not be accepted. For this reason, applicants are advised to organize their Spain visa applications in advance and plan their travel dates accordingly.
