U.S. visa applications may vary depending on the applicant's professional status, purpose of travel, and personal circumstances. However, the following documents are generally required for all applicants:

Passport: A passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel, in good condition, and with blank pages. Any previous passports should also be provided.
Biometric Photo: 2 recent photos, 5x5 cm in size, with a white background.
Full Family Registry: An official document showing address and family information.

Visa Application Form (DS-160): Completed and submitted online in English, with the confirmation page printed.

- SGK Registration Document: A document showing that you are registered with the Social Security Institution.

- Bank Account Statement: A stamped and signed bank statement for the last 3 months.
- Letter from Employer: A letter stating that you will return to your job after your trip.
For Company Owners:

- Invitation Letter from the Host’s Passport and Residency Document: Documents showing the legal status of the person inviting you to the U.S.
For Medical Treatment:
- Medical Report: A doctor’s report explaining the need for medical treatment in the U.S.
- Appointment and Acceptance Letter: A letter from the medical institution in the U.S. confirming your appointment and treatment plan.
